WHAT IS SPATULATA?
Spatulata is a natural lime and marble polished plaster with an extremely smooth surface for use on walls and ceilings. It is a superfine, high gloss finish with non-directional patternation from the trowel application. The lime putty based plaster is vapour-permeable and as such is suitable for traditional plastered masonry, including historic buildings.

A classically luxurious marble stucco plaster finish.
Spatulata is a superfine, high gloss finish with a non-directional pattern. Made from aged lime putty and crushed marble, the remarkable depth and sheen of the finish is achieved through the craftsmanship of the applicator. Spatulata is applied in numerous fine layers and trowel polished to a glassy surface, highlighting the inherent movement created by the traditional application technique.
