WHAT IS VEER URBANO PAINT?

Veer Urbano is a smooth-grain stucco lime plaster that offers a refined interpretation of the classic marmorino effect, blending tradition with contemporary aesthetics. The collection combines the simplicity of a matte finish with timeless elegance, making it ideal for sophisticated interior surfaces. Made in Italy. Zero VOC.

Designed for high-end decorative applications in both private residences and public spaces

This decorative natural stucco paste is carefully formulated based on historic recipes, updated to meet modern performance requirements. It allows the creation of highly matte, velvety textures with a subtle marble effect, adding depth and quiet sophistication to any space.

The paint is highly breathable and naturally resistant to mold, leveraging the disinfectant properties of lime. It hardens through a carbonation process: calcium hydroxide, its primary binder, reacts with carbon dioxide in the air to form calcium carbonate — the mineral that gives marble its enduring quality and from which the term marmorino originates.

Application

Tanyarin team recommends the application on lime substrates, but it can also be applied on gypsum or by - products, old water - based paints if strong and well anchored, after applying a coat of DERASOL H2O diluted with water in a 1 to 1 ratio, or Primer S for difficult surfaces difficult to adhere to (old washable paints, plasterboard, concrete, ceramics, etc.)

1. Spread a layer of Veer "Urbano" with a stainless steel trowel and level the support; if necessary repeat the operation with another layer.

2 Spread another layer of Veer "Urbano", taking care to obtain an absolutely smooth surface. As soon as the product tends to dry, exercise with a stainless steel trowel pressing it slightly in order to smoothen and compact the surface, thus obtaining the typical effect of this plaster.
